I must say that I think we should be providing a gift for you given all the delays that you encountered with AQIS in the past few months.

Thank You for your patience, professionalism and high levels of customer service in helping us work through the many issues and hurdles. I think we have a very positive result in the end.

Good morning Paul

I thank you for an informative session yesterday and I take the opportunity to provide you a quick feedback for the training.  Everyone in the room was fully engaged and interacted with questions and comments during the session.  You are very professional and do have a great rapport with everyone.  Your knowledge of emergency procedures provided us with invaluable information regarding our roles and responsibilities.  Everyone enjoyed the fire panel demonstration and site walk and we have also identified a number of deficiencies like helmets, who’s who, where’s a plan etc.

I note the number of questions asked about the use of fire extinguishers, how and when and what to use?  I thought the session could have been just a little longer to accommodate the training for usage fire fighting equipments eg how to put out a fire with an extinguisher on the wall.  I do hope you are coming back to give us refreshers.

I just wanted to let you know that I've received several positive comments from my staff in relation to the fire extinguisher training that Paul Barling held on Tuesday 24th.

The staff were very impressed with Paul's approach and style as well as the practical component. Its not very often I get such positive comments from staff regarding any training so I thought I'd pass it on.

I also thoroughly enjoyed the training that you held on the Monday and the general consensus from the AQIS group was that it was professional, enthusiastic, well structured and great visuals e.g videos and fire panel software!
