In an Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) the Chief Warden plays a critical role. Your leadership during the planning stage and during exercises as well as actual emergencies will determine how well your Organisation deals with and recovers from the Emergency
This course gives all participants the knowledge to carry out the role of Chief Warden including:-
- Establishing and managing an ECO.
- Managing and developing emergency procedures and assessment activities.
- Emergency communications, notification and warnings.
- Training, drills and exercises.
- Liaison with emergency services.
- Evacuation management.
- Post-evacuation management
First Response/Extinguisher Training and Fire Warden Training
- Describe Emergency Planning Committee responsibilities.
- Develop the Emergency Planning Process.
- Determine the Chief Warden's preventative involvement.
- Identify the Chief Warden’s preparedness role.
- Define the impact of special workplace situations on emergency management.

The Course is designed to be delivered at the customers location, access to a training room is required.
